VA READY MOBILE PHARMACY UNIT

 

The VA requirements are far more stringent than CETA Certification for USP800 & USP797. Odulair Mobile Pharmacy Trailers meet all of the requirements for third-party CETA Certification for a USP800 & USP797 Pharmacy as well as all of the additional VA requirements. These include meeting the VA Design Manual, VA Pharmacy Guidelines, and VA Directive 1108 requirements.

 

There are no VA forbidden components - no open plenums, no mixing fans, no enthropy wheels, no fan filter units. As required by the VA HVAC Design Manual, all ductwork is rigid home-run ductwork and is stainless steel after HEPA filtration.

 

 

CLEANROOM TRAILER SOLUTIONS

 

Mobile Pharmacy Solutions by Odulair provide a three-room facility including a large ISO 7 Ante Room, and ISO 7 Non-Hazardous Drug (Non-HD) Buffer Room that is USP797 compliant, and an ISO 7 Hazardous Drug (HD) Buffer Room that is USP800 compliant.  Odulair Mobile Pharmacies come equipped with two NuAire 4-foot laminar workflow hoods in the Non-HD Buffer Room and two NuAire 3-foot Biological Safety Cabinets (BSC's) in the HD Buffer Room.

 

They are also equipped with pharmacy-grade refrigerators in both Buffer Rooms, HEPA pass-thru windows from the Ante Room into both Buffer Rooms, stainless steel shelving, stainless steel work tables, cleanroom-grade chairs, a single action eyewash and the FGI Guidelines required Janitor's Closet with a floor sink.

 

Interior walls are made of seamless Arcoplast with chemical welds. Floors are single pour one-piece epoxy with a 6-inch cove.

 

Odulair Mobile Clean Room Trailers include bacnet capability for remote monitoring of pressure, temperature, and humidity. They also come standard with high definition cameras in each hood and BSC along with an app for monitoring work inside each PEC from a computer in the Ante Room.
